Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Returns and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return or exchange your items under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at support@entite.gr with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping Your Return: Send the item(s) to the address we provide after approving your return request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and indicate your preference for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
