Orders Policy
To place an order, select the products you want and add them to your cart. Once you have completed your selections, go to your cart and follow the instructions to finalize your order. You will receive order confirmation via email.
1. Product Availability
If any of the items you ordered are unavailable, we will contact you either via email or by phone (if you have provided a phone number) to discuss possible modifications, corrections, or cancellation of your order.
If we are unable to reach you within 2 days of receiving your order request, your request will be automatically canceled, and you will need to submit a new order.
Product shipments will be carried out according to the delivery schedule of ELTA Courier.
2. Delivery Delays
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
- The product you ordered is out of stock.
- We are unable to contact you.
- Issues with the shipping company we collaborate with.
